Pen & Swill: Beyond the Culture Wars: Arts Funding in America; Round Two
May 28 2013 - 7:00pm
A Pen and Swill hosted by J.T. Rogers
Last year, ND playwright, J.T. Rogers, debated politics and some difficult-to-explosive ideas about the role of funding the arts in America with Dr. Eric Helland, a former member of the President's Council on Economic Advisors under George W. Bush and noted professor of Economics and fellow at the RAND Corporation. The discussion was lively to say the least, from the stage and from the audience. American Theatre Magazine has asked them to come together again, the contents of our back-and-forth set to be the lead article in the upcoming issue of the magazine.
Open event – please call (212) 757-6960 for reservations.
