The New Dramatists Composer-Librettist Studio, presented in collaboration with Nautilus Music-Theater, is designed to provide an opportunity for five writers and five composers to work with professional performers, exploring the possibilities and basic elements of music-theater. We are delighted to welcome our 2019-2020 Princess Grace Fellow, Erika Dickerson-Despenza, who won the Award for her play, cullud wattah, which is being produced next spring at the Public Theater. A copy of the play can be found in New Dramatists' library. This year, we received over 400 applications for the fellowship, which is adjudicated by a different independent committee each year.  Read More
